RETURNS

By using or interacting with the website of The Studio :: J'han Company LLC ("Studio :: J'han") website or any associated properties, such as Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter, you implicitly agree to abide by and comply with all policies: the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Copyright & Fair Use Policy, and the Returns Policy.  Studio :: J'han reserves the right to update these at any time with an effective date equal to that of their individual publishing or updating.

Unfortunately, there are no returns on any products sold by Studio :: J’han, including original works of art, unless stated otherwise a third-party manufacturer. 

The cancellation of any Professional Development seminar, if not yet scheduled or occurring no later than seven calendar days in advance of the scheduled seminar date, will result in a maximum of a 50% refund. Any seminar cancellation occurring less than seven calendar days in advance of the scheduled seminar date will result in a maximum of a 25% refund.
